LIVLU TECHNOLOGIES LTD remains the corporate entity responsible for the studio, its software products, and associated commercial activities.

This website introduces our studio, software products, ongoing research, and commissioned photography and development services. These terms govern the use of this website; individual software products, mobile applications, and commissioned studio engagements operate under their own specific service agreements and end-user licence terms.

Products & experiments

Product showcases (such as ForroVivo, Conta, and Near Glasses) describe the vision, active features, and engineering direction of our software. Lab projects, exploratory prototypes, and synthetic AI experiments are by definition experimental: they may evolve, be refactored, or be discontinued at the studio's discretion.

A roadmap disclosure or prototype demonstration does not constitute a binding commercial promise of feature availability or a guaranteed shipping date. Before purchasing a subscription, downloading a mobile binary, or integrating a studio product into your operations, review the dedicated terms, privacy policies, and app-store agreements specific to that product.

Services & bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our contact interface or via email does not create a binding service agreement or confirm a project booking. All creative commissions—including bespoke website engineering, design sprints, and editorial photography sessions—are governed by written agreements defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, and licensing terms.

For photography commissions, written agreements explicitly define session logistics, post-production scope, delivery formats, and the permitted commercial or editorial usage rights. Browsing a portfolio on this website does not convey any usage rights or image licences.

All original visual and written content on this website—including photographs credited to Henriques, editorial essays, graphics, logos, and UI component code—is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of England, Wales, and international conventions.
